This client came to us looking for a lower cost supplier.  Not only did we qualify several potential manufacturers, we also managed the whole project from start to finish.  CSW designed and procured the tooling, found a new manufacturing partner, developed the manufacturing procedures including set up of the clean-room, designed the quality testing procedures, and audit outgoing shipments.  We are helping this company produce over 200,000 units per month with per unit savings of over 50%.
